Raised in Oakland, California and born in Phoenix, Arizona, Shaneé brings West Coast edge and heritage glam to her collections. Her earliest inspirations came from her grandmother’s elegance and a stylish family friend she called her “Big Sister.” At a young age, she began sketching looks, pairing unexpected colors, and developing an eye for pieces that demanded attention.
Her fashion journey began with personal styling—dressing friends before major events, curating wardrobes, and eventually opening her first boutique. That experience evolved into a custom design brand built around fit, confidence, and couture-level drama. Her gift for tailoring and vision caught the eye of stylists and clients seeking something that couldn’t be found off the rack.
In 2024, she launched VashonShaneé, a luxury brand born out of her love for fashion as a transformative art form. Drawing inspiration from 1960s menswear tailoring and the romantic drama of Regency-era fashion, her collections spotlight her signature piece: the jumpsuit. Both her Gentlemen Collection and her Luxe & Couture Jumpsuit Collection for women fuse historical silhouettes with runway relevance—designed for those who demand elegance with an edge.
