If you have any questions prior to ordering please email us at vashonshanee@yahoo, prior to placing your order.  It is extremely important to note that because your order is a custom made to order item, we will not be able to issue any returns.

Accessories are also final sale and non-refundable. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
